Product Liability When an accident or injury occurs as the result of using a product, or a piece of equipment, numerous questions often arise. Was the product defective?; had the product been used as intended by the manufacturer?; had the product been altered or changed since it left the control of the manufacturer?; had the user been properly instructed and sufficient warnings and safeguards been installed?; were the materials used in the product defective?; had the product been properly maintained?; etc. EF&T works with either plaintiff's or defendant's attorneys to help determine the true facts and provide scientific reasoning to help resolve issues resulting in litigation. EF&T will provide expert testimony in deposition or in trial whenever required. |
